Help & FAQs

How can we help?

Answers to the most common questions from clubs and members. Can’t find what you’re looking for? Get in touch.

Getting started

Wazygoose is a modular management platform for organisations that need to manage bookings, members, leagues, events, and payments — all in one place.

It started in sports clubs but works just as well for multi-use leisure facilities, commercial venues, and any organisation that has spaces to book and people to manage. You choose only the modules your organisation needs and pay only for those.

The easiest way is to start on the pricing page — choose the modules your club needs and use the “Get started” button to send an enquiry. Your selection carries across to the contact form automatically.

There are no setup fees and no contracts. Once we’ve had a conversation about what your club needs, we’ll get you configured and your members onboarded. We aim to reply to all new enquiries within one working day.

We don’t offer a self-service free trial, but we’re happy to do a full walkthrough of the platform with you before you commit to anything. Get in touch and we’ll arrange a time that works.

No. Wazygoose runs on a rolling monthly subscription — you can cancel any time. There are no minimum terms, no setup fees, and no penalties for leaving.

Modules & features

Wazygoose currently offers eleven modules:

  • Bookings
  • Enhanced Bookings
  • Online Payments
  • League Management
  • Multiple Leagues
  • Memberships

See the features page for a full breakdown of what each module includes and how much it costs.

Most clubs start with six core modules: Bookings, Enhanced Bookings, Online Payments, League Management, Memberships, and Membership Renewals. Together these cover the majority of what a sports club needs to run day-to-day and come to £45 per month.

You can see exactly how this breaks down — and build your own combination — on the pricing page.

Yes — you can add or remove modules at any time. Changes take effect from the next billing cycle. Just get in touch and we’ll make the adjustment.

Yes. Lights Control requires a one-off hardware setup before the subscription can be activated. This includes a lights control box (available from Wazygoose), an electrician to connect it to your court lighting circuit, and an internet-connected PC on site.

Get in touch before selecting Lights Control — we’ll talk through exactly what’s involved before you commit to anything. Contact us →

Yes. The Enhanced Bookings module includes additional booking categories for guests and external organisations. Administrators can create external user accounts and make bookings on their behalf.

Pricing & billing

Wazygoose is modular — you choose the features you need and pay a straightforward monthly fee for each. Individual modules start from £5 per month. A typical full setup for a sports club costs £45 per month.

There are no hidden charges, no setup fees, and no long-term contracts. The pricing page lets you build your own package and see the exact monthly total.

No. There are no setup fees of any kind. You pay only the monthly subscription for the modules you use, starting from your first month of use.

Member payments are processed via PayPal and go directly into your club’s PayPal account. Wazygoose never holds or handles your club’s money. You will need a PayPal account to use the Online Payments or Membership Renewals modules.

Premium Support costs £20 per month and includes:

  • Guaranteed response time — queries answered within an agreed SLA
  • Phone support — call directly rather than waiting for an email
  • Monthly check-in call — proactive call every month to review and plan
  • Priority resolution — issues dealt with ahead of standard support clubs
  • Configuration help — hands-on assistance setting up and fine-tuning Wazygoose
  • Admin training sessions — structured training for club administrators

See the pricing page for full details.

Support

Standard Support is included free with every Wazygoose module. It gives you direct email access to a real person — no ticket queues, no chatbots. We aim to respond to every query the same day, though this isn’t guaranteed.

Need more? Premium Support adds phone access, monthly check-ins, and a guaranteed response time SLA for £20 per month.

Email [email protected] or use the contact form. We aim to respond the same day and will always give you an honest update on what’s happening and when it will be resolved.

My account

Your club administrator will add your details to Wazygoose first. Once they’ve done that, you can register to verify your email address and create your own password:

  1. Go to wazygoose.com.
  2. Click the Register button.
  3. Enter your email address, create a password, and confirm it.
  4. Check your email for the activation message and enter the activation code when prompted.

You will then have full access to your Wazygoose account.

Go to your club’s Wazygoose page, click Log in, and enter your email address and password.

Not sure where your club’s page is? Find your club in the club hub.

Check your spam or junk folder first — activation emails occasionally get filtered. If it’s not there, contact your club administrator to confirm the email address they have on file for you. If it doesn’t match the one you registered with, that’s likely the cause.

Bookings

  1. Log in to your Wazygoose account.
  2. Go to the Bookings section.
  3. Select your date, court, and time slot.
  4. Confirm the booking.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once the booking is made.

Log in, find your booking in the bookings section, and select Cancel. Whether you receive a refund depends on your club’s cancellation policy — contact your club administrator if you’re unsure.

There are a few possible reasons:

  • All slots for that date are already taken
  • Your membership category doesn’t have permission to book at that time
  • The advance booking window for that date hasn’t opened yet

If you’re unsure, contact your club administrator — they can check your account and booking permissions directly.

Leagues

  1. Log in to your Wazygoose account.
  2. On your account homepage, find the Your League Opponents section.
  3. In the Score column, click Amend Score next to your opponent.
  4. The Enter Match Score window will appear — enter the result and submit.
Enter the match score (for example, 3–1), not the points. Wazygoose calculates league points automatically.

On the Enter Match Score screen, there is a walkover option if your club’s league allows them. Select it and submit — the league manager will then review and approve or deny the claim.

Submit a result appeal via Wazygoose from the match score screen. The league manager will review the appeal and make a decision. If you can’t find the appeal option, contact your league manager directly.

Membership & renewals

When the renewal window opens, you’ll see a renewal option in your account. Confirm your membership category, update your details if needed, and pay online. If you don’t see a renewal option, the window may not have opened yet — contact your club administrator to confirm.

This usually means your membership hasn’t been renewed for the current season. Contact your club administrator — they can confirm your membership status and help you get renewed.

Payments

If your club uses online payments, you’ll be redirected to PayPal at the time of booking. Once payment is complete, you’ll be returned to Wazygoose with your booking confirmed.

Contact your club administrator first — they have direct access to your account and can verify the payment and booking status. If the issue appears to be a platform problem rather than a club admin matter, use the contact form and we’ll investigate.

Log in to your account and navigate to the payments or balance section. This shows your full payment history and current account balance.

No questions match that filter.
